GREEN TIER:
Genos: high damage, a busted ult, low cooldowns, 3 DAMN PASSIVES (higher uppercut, cooldown reset, and evasive aoe), you can NOT convince me hes skilled

Child emperor: a free little to no windup move that block breaks and sends you back, twin burst is a free time staller, i have nothing else to say about his base set, all im gonna say about his ult is its sometimes busted or pathetically weak

Sonic: jjs naoya on stupid amounts of steroids, a runners dream, and quite literally has the issue of being too easy, that's all i can say, increase the cool-downs and end-lag and i would put him in yellow

YELLOW:

Saitama: he would be in green BUT. he has a few jack-shit techs that reward you, and including that one lord haven tech, a 50% INESCAPABLE THAT ALSO SENDS YOU FAR AWAY. his ult is severely overtuned for NO REASON, hes easy for a starter character ill give you that. aside from it hes a little bit annoying

Garou: here comes the garou mains crying over an opinion, the EXACT reason as to why i think hes a little to no skill character is due to the fact. EVERY MOVE COMBOS INTO EACH OTHER WITH STUPID DAMAGE, only reason hes in this tier is the fact the kyoto tech exists, yet again, its useless if you can swap the order of flowing water and whirlwind and get a better combo extend, his ult is shit though.

Tatsumaki: 1234 combo merchant, the moves are stupid easy to punish so you kinda have to switch it up otherwise you lose, another character decent for running but aside from that she's fine, her ult is really damn good,

ORANGE:

Martial Artist: this is one of my three mains, has a few skill-ish techs like 3m1 front dash vanishing combo extender, whirlwind drop can be used as a panic button which is annoying, aside from it i have nothing to say besides hes fine as is, his ult is stupid strong aswell,

Zombie Man: another main, has a few damn good combos, the combos being the only ones that aren't shit, move 2 is easily blockable and can screw you over if you don't use the tech with it, the counter is the same as garou's, the only thing being it sends you farther and it has aoe, overall a well rounded character that only needs a few tweaks,

Metal bat: people think he is skilled because of his slow m1, ever since it was buffed no one has a reason as to why hes the most skilled, hes only number 2 since hes a slow character, his ult is awesome, the techs you can pull are seemingly difficult but they arent that hard,

RED:

Atomic: he seems weak at first since, little to no moves actually combo into eachother without being counterable, with techs hes the best in the game, the sheer effort just to not get fucked over by missing a move is insane, since miss 1 singular move and you will get demolished,

personal opinion on tsb character skill level
