I’ve always suffered with blisters on my feet even as a child. There were a few times I had to miss school/work and go to the doctors because of how bad they got but the most I would get out of them would be crutches (it never worked as the blisters were on BOTH feet and not the one which we discussed) or they would just give me bandages. I also use germolene to keep the area clean too. I let my feet breathe when I’m home don’t wear socks around the house never wear the same socks as soon as I’m out of my shoes they go straight into the wash I’ve tried EVERYTHING. When I go to the shower and come out I make sure they are 100% dry and also use talcum powder on them to absorb moisture that I missed. The problem is they tell me not to pick at the blisters or pull the skin (which I don’t) to let the skin harden and heal, but the skin on my feet are so soft when I walk especially in work it rips off. Any advice on how to help or what to do I’ve lost all hope with doctors and the chemist as they just give me bandages even after showing them. 

Also if anyone knows what the white dots are too and how to help with that would also be very appreciated
