256-262 Sherbourne Units

I’m looking to rent out a unit in one of the Kaneff buildings, as they’re the only things in my budget:/

I recently toured 2 units and they’re both newly renovated it seems, clean, and up-to-date!

I’m just wondering if anyone has any strong opinions on these buildings or the street in general. I’m coming from Jarvis/carlton area, so it’s not as sketchy but ik that sherbourne is different level.

Let me know thoughts and/or any recommended warning please!!
