Fsa and edfinancial are trash

Long story short I had to submit a reaffirmation form to edfinancial to remove an over-borrowing flag on my account. I originally submitted it to edfinancial’s portal on 7/9 and have been calling them almost everyday for the past month. Every rep and supervisor would give me a different answer to the status of my reaffirmation. Finally they confirmed that it was sent to fsa on 7/29 but they cannot provide me with a written confirmation and said it’s waiting on fsa approval now. My summer classes are over next week and I have to pay the tuition out of my own pocket (I can’t really afford to) and I don’t even know if or when the reaffirmation will be completed. Anyone else have a similar experience as this and how long did it take to finish the reaffirmation process?
