Thanks Team! Came from BlueIris

Very long time BlueIris user here. Was running it on a dedicated VM hosted on my unRAID box. It was my last Windows application and its been killing me knowing I have that trash running on my network.

I've had a play with Frigate on numerous occasions now, but could never get it working as I wanted it. Recently, a YT video popped up with someone talking about the new Beta-3. I gave it a go on my unRAID as a docker.

It's taken some time, but I actually think I have cracked it! Everything seems to be working as I want it - need more time to test fully, but so far so good. I have now turned off the BI VM completely, to see how I feel after a week of just running Frigate.

I am feeling positive, that after a week - my last Windows VM will be deleted FOR GOOD!

Setup as follows;

2 x EmpireTech PoE cameras

1 x unRAID i5-13500/64G on a 2.5G LAN

1 x OPNsense 10G with Symetrical 2.5G ISP

1 x Happy ex-Mslop user
