Warrick County Court

I'm wondering why courts keep delaying a case for years . A person breaks in and steals thousands of dollars in items . Has an arrest record four pages long .

I guess if you're a serious criminal Warrick is the place to live . I guess they are hoping we will get tired and drop it . I'm wondering at this point what's the use for police and courts . Seems criminals are treated way better than victims.
