Suggestion for accessing .md on iphone via google drive

I backup all of my files to Google Drive using their Mac Sync app. Nothing resides only on my harddrive; my obsidian notes are thus no exception. This works well for me and I don't want to change this system.

Thus, I can access any file from my iphone, via Drive. However, there is no native tool for reading .md files. Which do you recommend?

I am not opposed to paying for the Sync, and thus using Obsidian itself, but a) I am nervous of syncing issues, b) I then have unnecessary files residing on my phone, and c) I am already receiving the value of the actual synchronization thanks to google so why pay twice.
