What minecraft modpacks have the craziest endgames.

I really wanna try a minecraft modpack that has an endgame and progression similar to terraria's but i cant find any recommendation, like i dont want my endgame to be "crazy god powers" i want like a massive sword that does crazy damage and armour that keeps me mortal but makes vanilla enemys do no damage, kinda like calamity. If anyone has any suggestions please tell me.
