Does anyone else suffer from convulsive syncopes? If so, how do you cope/control them?

NSFWQuestion

Brief content warning: Loss of bowel control.

Recently my dysautonomia has reached an all time high. I’m completely bed bound and have to have someone watching me when I sit up so that I don’t collapse. Two days ago I suffered from what I thought was a seizure. I was laying in bed and suddenly I had all the fainting symptoms that I usually have, but this time I was freezing cold. My limbs went stiff and I started shaking uncontrollably while still fading in and out of consciousness. While that was happening, I lost full control of my bowels. Obviously I went to the hospital afterwords and got diagnosed with convulsive syncopes.

For anyone else who suffers with his as well - how do you cope? We all have our compression socks and other ways to moderate it, but what about this? Am I doomed to be an eighteen year old wearing a diaper? I wasn’t even doing anything to trigger it, I was just laying down and yet that still happened. Should I ask a seizure subreddit instead? I’m at a loss.

Also before anyone comments, yes I’m aware you can’t control passing out. I just didn’t know how to phrase it.
