Suitable Pricing?

Hi all, I am trying to get a tummytuck and breast lift. I have been quoted in two different places at DRASTICALLY different price points. One person said $32k and the other was $9k and I feel very sus about accepting either for obvious reasons. I'm in the South Florida area and I feel like I don't want to overpay but I obviously don't want to go to a butcher's shop. Are these reasonable pricing? Is there anything else I should look for? Please let me know. Thanks!
