I cant keep a job.

Im 34m, over 400lbs clearly very depressed. I struggle so bad with showing up. Doctors appointments, therapy appointments, jobs, court, anything that can produce any amount of anxiety i just shut down fornthe most part. I dont want to be the stereotypical mentally ill drain on the state. Over the last 5 years I've had 15+ jobs none of them lasting more than 3 months. I was recently homeless for a year and a half and currently have a place to live thay was paid for 6 months by a program but this is my last month it'll get paid. Im so scared for my future. I just need a way to make money, im not a lazy worker when I work I work. Im just so lost I dont even know
