Cottages on Lindberg Lease Takeover - Private Bedroom and Bathroom!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at The Cottages on Lindberg.

🏠 3 bed / 3 bath
🛏️ Private bedroom + private bathroom
💰 $997/month
📅 Flexible - July 21 2027
📶 Internet included
💧 Water included
🛡️ Renters insurance included
⚡ Utilities are separate

The apartment is already furnished/common areas are set up, and you’d be taking over one private bedroom with your own bathroom in the 3B3B.

I’m transferring my lease and am looking for someone who can take over the remaining lease term. Move-in date is flexible, so we can work around your schedule.

If you’re interested or want more details/photos, feel free to DM me!
