Did Anthropic just break Cowork?

So I upgraded Claude Desktop today based on its prompt to do so, and now Cowork is unable to do tasks it has literally done hundreds of times for me in the past in my existing projects. It first asked me to reauthorize all the project folders it has been accessing without issue for months, and now it insists it has no access to do anything outside of its cloud sandbox. Can't SSH, can't access the API for WordPress etc. What gives?
