21[F4M] Does anyone else get super anxious in bed?

I was with someone new last week and I swear I couldn't stop thinking about whether I looked good or if I was doing everything right or what. It completely killed the mood for me because I was stuck in my own head instead of actually enjoying it. I want to be able to just let go, but I struggle so much with that self consciousness. How do you guys shut your brain off when you're in the moment?
