Has anyone elses nasal polyps caused so much post nasal drip that it caused asthma like symptons?

I have pretty bad nasal polyps with a lot of post nasal drip, so much that it has started to cause a lot of wheezing, coughing, and constant throat clearing. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
