Where are you storing your private skills?

We have a number of private repositories that use the same agent skill. Each skill is versioned, but keeping each repository in-sync is something of a pain. Recognizing that keeping them in-sync can be done in many different ways, I'm curious as to how others have solved this operational inconvenience.
