Looking for a game based on a memory of an enemy design...

Sorry if this isn't normal for this Sub, I just can't find answers anywhere else, so I turn to Reddit. Im trying to find a game based on a design of some sort of Demonic enemy I remember from it...

It was a 2D game, but not Pixel Art- Maybe it was a Flash Game? Im not sure, either way- The Demon was humanoid, kinda tall, kinda muscular- And has a skull head- Or it was wearing a skull mask? My memroy is hazy. I do remember that it had sharp teeth and it's eye sockets were empty, save for two reddish dots. The skull also had horns coming off of the top of it, and it had clawed hands, and jet black, bat-like wings. The demon wasn't wearing armor or clothes or anything like that- It's skin was like, a pale bluish grey color, and it had clawed fingers. I dont remember what it's feet looked like, if they were even visible.

I vaguely remember it had very basic animations of just like- Raising it's hand to cast a spell or something.

At first I thought it was an enemy from Epic Battle Fantasy, but after extensive research on the wiki, I didn't find the enemy I was looking for- If it even was an enemy from a game at all... I wish I knew more. Any help would be appreciated.
