1 year regression - when do I get my good girl back?

My girl has forgotten everything she ever learned at exactly her first birthday.

No leash manners, ears not working, mouthing when excited, mouthing when not getting her will, whining to get attention.

How long will this phase last? She was so good at 9 months old 😭
