Personal/ Hippa info sent to random parent

Hi, I and trying to get a better understanding of what I should do next and if suing is even an option in this situation. I was in process of getting my child into some therapy and the facility emailed me stating that they “unknowingly sent my child’s admission for to an unintended parent” which had both of our socials on it and his medical status. They were informed but the unintended parent about the situation.

Where do I go from here?
