Theres still X hours left to add to your delivery!

Without fail, every time it says that for me in amazon app after I order something... the item is delayed or it never arrives. Heres how it goes.

- I find an item, usually between 40-80 dollars.

- Says delivery 2 days with prime.

- I order, it says theres still 24 hours xx minutes to add to your order.

- Next day it counts down to 0 hours.

- An hour later "still on the way, but running late"

- 95% time order never comes, other 5% its two day late.

Is this new extortion scheme? add more items or you won't get what you ordered.
