Im being worked to death i need your help

I work in a factory in a team of 2 me and my manager.

My manager hase been sick now for 6 months on and off .

I have to pick up his slack now to make our deadlines work out but my bosses doesn't seem to care that i have to break my body to make that possible or hire someone to help me . If my job is done incompet i get clients that are unhappy and swearing and cursing at me for jobs incompleted . And if i go to complain to my bosses my manager knows its me complaining about his work ethic because im the only one in his team . I don't know if I must ask for compensation or just walk away.
