[TOMT] A movie set on Halloween where a teenager connects with his old friend

The movie starts with a teen working at a gas station waiting for his friends to pick him up on Halloween night. It cuts to them dressed as wolves (I think) riding down the street with bikes to a cemetery while beautiful people by Marilyn Manson plays. Then the Main character splits off and runs into an old childhood friend who he apparently ditched in search for popularity and left him to get bullied and the whole movie revolves around them two from that point on. They visit the school he got bullied at and at the very end he’s in a sewer system explaining that he’s actually been dead the entire time. I can’t remember the movie so please help. Saw it on Netflix around 2019
