11 Pro Xl (512 GB) or Wait for S27 Ultra

Currently have an s24+ and have since its launch 2.5 years ago. Should I get the 11 pro xl or wait on the s27 ultra. Need some opinions and thoughts.

Not a gamer, just use my phone like the average person but have high screen on time.
