All-Fives is a dominoes game from the 1800s: you score when the board's open ends sum to a multiple of five. I built a roguelike where that score is your damage. Get the ends to 15, deal 15.

What that does mechanically is more interesting than I expected. You're never dumping tiles to empty your hand — you're doing arithmetic under pressure, and the board fights back because your opponent is editing the same open ends you are.

Play a double and it becomes a spinner: four open arms instead of two. That's four numbers to balance simultaneously, and the biggest hits in the game come out of lining all four up. It's also the fastest way to hand your opponent a free 20.

Structure is run-based — branching paths between fights, merchants and elites, five classes with different opening bags. The tiles themselves carry boons and dooms, so you're building a bag over a run rather than being dealt one.

I'm a hobbyist who's made mods for years; this is my first actual game. Art is AI-generated for now, which I know is a mark against it — the demo is free specifically so you can judge the systems instead of the pixels. Genuinely want to know whether the damage math reads clearly in play or whether it needs surfacing better.
