Interview attire

I’m a female attending a few years out of residency, I have an interview in a few weeks - starts with a tour of an ED, then lunch, then tour of a second ED. Interview is with the ED director and one of the other docs. What would you wear? I feel like a blazer might be over doing it, but also don’t want to be under dressed? Would love opinions! Thanks!
