Tips on handling a bad brazilian experience. Should I contact the company?

Tip

So a month ago I got a brazilian done by a sugarist I haven't met before. My usual sugarist wasn't in. This new sugarist was doing good at first, applying pressure and going at a steady speed. Then after removing hair from between the buns, she pulled the sugar up toward the vagina...I had no time to say anything as this happened very fast and never happened to me before. I got an infection a couple days after.

Fast forward to my next appointment, it was the same sugarist and my usual one wasn't there. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and specifically told her to not use the sugar after touching the anal area. She almost did it again. At this point, this seems vindictive because after the sugaring, she was looking at me some sort of way (this my second time meeting her). Im quiet and tend to be timid so I usually only say Hi and thank you. But I was firm during this second visit because vaginal infections are difficult to deal with and should not be a concern during a service I paid for.

I don't want this happening to other women. Would it be fine to contact the company to let them know about their employee and how this employee needs retraining of some sorts?
