Seeking Steak

As the title suggests I am looking for a steak in Baltimore. Something mind blowing. My only other requirement is that I also must be able to order a Negroni with my steak -this is a non negotiable.

I read the previous thread and don’t deny any of it, but that was two years ago and want to know of any updates. Thanks <3
