If getting offer for ninza from tcs, can I reject it?

I am going to take the TCS NQT exam on 17th August 2026, but I have one doubt that after selection, it is possible to reject an offer, or there are restrictions in doing so by college or tcs itself.

Seniors, who already given the exam please tell....
