Does anyone else feel like their stomach is going to explode inside and will die from it??

I couldn’t stop myself from binging and lost control even though I was full. My stomach was hurting like crazy and I felt like I was going to die from my stomach exploding inside and cause internal bleeding. It was so uncomfortable to go to sleep and when I woke up today, the pain was still there!! I hate myself for doing this to myself and my body!!
