Getting a pill cam, and can't deny I'm kinda scared. Questions about it.

I have a condition called OFG that is essentially oral Crohn's and this has been diagnosed, I've had a colonoscopy which came back negative, same with an MRE, I had these when I was first diagnosed with OFG and didn't really have any gastro symptoms, about a year and a half ago, I started experiencing, gastrointestinal symptoms, bleeding, urgency etc, went to the doctors, they said it was IBS, cal pro fluctuated, from 200 to 90 to 70,

issue didn't really resolve, but pains gotten worse, and I have multiple deficiencies, vitamin d, iron, and b12, which I get toped up ever 6 - 12 months.

I've now been offered a pill cam, to look specifically for small bowel crohn's and I can't deny I'm kinda scared, two reasons, the more physical sense, like if it get's stuck, fear of surgery, or strictures, I don't know about, all that jazz, and then then guess more mental side.

I obvious don't want Crohn's granted, I have the oral version, but there's a weird part of me that scared it's not, because for the past year, I've been in pain, the toilet needs, and deficiencies, and tiredness has really effected me and my life, that I would just really want an answer, the remedies for IBS like low fodmap, hasn't really helped or changed, the buscopan I've been prescribed for the cramps, only does so much.

Has anyone been diagnosed with the pill cam, and have similar symptoms, was the process okay? What was the procedure like?
