4 months pp and pregnant

I am just about 4 months pp from my c-section and me and hubby had a bit of a miss hap now I’m terrified I’m pregnant and waiting till I can take a test. How bad is this?? Is it dangerous for me to be pregnant again this soon would I need to get an abortion for my safety or will I be okay?
