Are "reviews" of New Orleans from tourists suddenly relevant to this sub?

I've always assumed the point of the AskNOLA sub is for locals to give advice to visitors. But lately I've noticed a real uptick in two behaviors:

- Tourists giving advice to tourists (often, it is advice locals would definitely not give)

- Tourists posting "reviews" of their time spent here - what they personally liked, did not like, recommend, don't recommend, etc. This is not usually an attempt to give feedback on recommendations from this sub, but more along the lines of a ... Yelp review of a city?

... are these kinds of posts and comments suddenly relevant to the sub? Were they always relevant and I just interpreted the mission wrong?
