Transfer PT to FT?

Going to be going into a House Person Role at DLR as a regular, how soon will I be able to put in a transfer request to Full Time 3rd Shift Custodial?

And adding onto that would I be able to choose to work on the Disneyland side or is it just a gamble on whichever park needs people
