If you want to check your RAM Part number to get an exact match before even turning a screw.

Go into desktop mode open system settings, then go to about this system. From here at the top right select the option launch info center. Finally select the memory option on the left and look for part number. I was able to find mine as HMCG78AGBSA095N which would be SK Hynix.
