Who told you that you can’t contact your SP?

I had someone reach out to me because she’d been told that if you contact your SP instead of waiting for them to contact you, you’re not really manifesting.

Who made that rule?

Reaching out to your SP does not stop you from manifesting. And waiting for them to reach out isn’t what manifests them either.

The question isn’t whether you send the text.

The question is who are you being when you send it?

Are you reaching out because you genuinely want to?

Or are you reaching out because you’re panicking, checking the 3D, looking for reassurance, trying to get a response so you can feel okay again?

Those are two completely different things.

If you believe you have to wait for them to contact you or you’ll somehow mess up your manifestation, you’ve just created another rule. Another condition. Another thing to be afraid of doing wrong.

What if I texted too soon?

Did I chase?

Did I ruin it?

Should I have waited?

Stop giving a text message that much power.

You manifest. Not the technique. Not no contact. Not waiting three days. Not whether you text first.

If reaching out feels natural and you’re doing it from the version of you who already knows what you want and isn’t desperately looking for the 3D to make you feel safe, reach out.

There is no magical prize for sitting around staring at your phone waiting for them to text first.

You cannot ruin your manifestation by sending a text unless you decide that sending that text means you ruined it.
