What do people who are introvert do to feel less lonely or find new connections?

Discussion

I've found some groups on reddit I enjoy but I'm trying to find connections in person. I am in an open marriage and have found I don't have many friends to talk to anymore. I'm becoming very lonely with my husband's interest lying elsewhere and it's not exactly something I can end because this is how we have decided to separate. If we find someone we want to start a life with then we will file for divorce and move on but don't wanna go through that process if we find our way back to each other. (I know it seems like an odd arrangement) I'm very introverted because I don't understand a lot of social cues and often find out after the fact I missed a joke or connection opportunity. Most of our friends were his friends and don't talk to me much now that we are in an open marriage and I lost friendships because they didn't like him and now those people don't have an interest in reconciliation. I've used tinder and even tried craigslist and that was awful to say the least. So what apps or places do people in similar situations use for connecting?
