Electricians — what’s something you wish made your job easier?

Hey everyone, I’m looking to learn a little more about the electrical trade from people actually in it.

For the electricians and electrical contractors here, what are some of the most frustrating parts of your day-to-day work?

Could be anything — dealing with paperwork, estimates, inspections, materials, scheduling, customers, finding jobs, managing a crew, or even something completely different.

Also curious, do you guys use any apps or software to help manage things, or do you mostly have your own system?

Just looking for some advice and different perspectives from people actually doing the work. Appreciate anyone willing to share their experience.
