at my wits end

hello reddit. i rarely ever post, but i am in so much pain i can't handle it much longer. i (23f) play club rugby and love running, but i keep having to take long breaks because of my back/hip pain. it started around when i was 13/14. i had an mri a year and a half ago and have had many xrays. recently i've learned that i have greater trochanteric syndrome, si joint dysfunction, lumbar spondylosis, bertolotti deformity (minimal disc bulge in my L5), deep hip sockets, minimal facet arthropathy in most of my spine, moderate central stenosis, edema at facet joints, and sacral tarlov cysts. i really have zero medical background so i don't really know what it means. i also have really flat feet but i don't know if that means anything.

i have done 9 months of PT, and am starting another round of it due to intense hip pain. i regularly do at-home cupping, get massages, do yoga, stretch, lift, heating/cooling, take meds. i don't know what else i can do at this point because it's preventing me from doing things i want to do. i am also slightly overweight, so i am working on losing weight. welcome to any and all advice.
