Need suggestion for postpartum

Hi,
So I and my husband stay in Bangalore. Both our parents stay in Kolkata. Now am pregnant and my due date is 20th Dec. My sil wedding is on 25th Nov. my in-laws tole that they will not do her bidai cz then it will be too late to come here ( they are scared what if bby will be delivered before they come). So they have told they will do her bidai in March and come to our place on 1st of dec land on 21st dec is my father in-law’s fathers death anniversary which he need to host in his hometown. So they all my mil,fil and sil will stay from 1st to 18 dec.
And my sister’s daughter school has vacation from 15th to 31st dec so she will come with her kids.
My plan was to call my mom as soon as bby is there so that she can take care of me after delivery.

Now am confused if my in-laws come from 1st to 18 th how much chances are that bby will be there. What if bby comes on 16,17th and they extend their stay in that case my Inlaws (3 of them) my parents (2), my sister and her 2 kids (3) all of them will be staying in our 2bhk.

How you guys handle such scenarios. I am thinking what if I call my in-laws later 1 month after delivery but is it unfair to them? They wanted to be in hospital etc.
