I have no idea how I missed this, I should have known better as a full time “creator.”

So check this out… In the USA our electricity is 120Hz/60Hz meaning that your power comes out, gets stepped down and pulses at a rate per second.

This means that if you film something, your frames per second needs to cleanly work with the lights that are plugged into the 60Hz frequency of the power they are plugged into.

That means that 50fps video will always look like what you see in the video attached.

The only way to get this to stop happening is to CAPTURE the image at either 30 or 60fps, but your 8K camera doesn’t use 60fps.

You are fine if you want to record it all at 30fps, 24, etc.

I did a continuous shot from outside today to inside, and all of this was left unusable.

The X1 apparently had something called “Flicker Fix” in the camera, but I looked and can’t find anything like this.

Is there something in the app for this? I cannot find it.

I fail to believe they did not think about this.

Btw, most of the world uses 100Hz/50Hz so they won’t ever have this issue outside of the USA and Canada.

A MAJOR Problem with the X6 - LED Flicker makes video UNUSABLE. Is there a fix?
