Would you be upset?

My family and my husband’s family both know we have one euploid embryo we are about to transfer. When my dr offered another egg retrieval with a FET/fresh transfer 5 days later all combined, we agreed we could FINALLY have a surprise maybe a year from now (if everything goes to plan). I wanted to be able to surprise everyone with a 2nd pregnancy when they only knew about the one embryo. Again- this is assuming everything goes to plan.

Today, 2 days out from my egg retrieval… 3 days ahead of the transfer, I get a text from my MIL saying she’s praying for me and the numbers sound good…. My husband told her everything. My heart sank. I’m on a million hormones… and lost my mind. I’m so heartbroken that I can’t have just ONE surprise!
