Accepted into school but I'm pregnant

I'll try to keep this as conscience as I can but I need some advice right now.

I missed the application deadline for the coming Fall 2026 cohort because my family and I recently moved to a new area. I threw my application in anyway because their website said they occasionally accept late applications but my app was withdrawn and I was encouraged to apply for next year. That was the plan and because we now had over a year before I would be starting school my husband and I decided to try for our final baby.

Well now I'm 6weeks pregnant, due in the spring and I just got a call from the school saying they had someone withdraw last minute and they would love to have me join this fall.

Someone will call me tomorrow with more info but I'm wondering if I should tell them I'm pregnant? Is it even possible to get time off from school in the spring for birth? I already have a bachelor's degree and completed the non-nursing classes so at least my semesters would be lighter than a typical students. I want to get through school as soon as possible but if it isn't possible/allowed then that's what it is.
