INSTAGRAM ACCOUNTS GETTING BANNED

I had a account I made in 2019, that one got suspended in 2023 and got disabled so in 2024 I made another one and it was fine. I was posting and the contents were blowing up. Then outta blue they suspended my account saying I violated their community guidelines. Then they disabled it. After that I made around 10 accounts and all of them got banned within seconds. So I stopped. I got a new phone and opened a new account made by my friend. Started using it and started posting. Suddenly they disabled that account on integrity. After that I tried making new accounts with new email and new number even I stopped using my wifi and used mobile data. All of them get banned right after I put my photos in my story. This is so frustrating. I have tried everything. So please if you guys know anything that's gonna help me please tell me . I need instagram to connect with my friends.
