Glenfield Model A .308 by Ruger aftermarket stock

Since Ruger wouldn't sell me the AICS magwell for my Glenfield Model A, I reached out to MAGPUL.

After speaking to MAGPUL customer service, they weren't sure if this was compatible with the Glenfield Model A in .308 (basically a Ruger American Gen 1).

I hate using the 4rd box mag.

As I already have a Ruger Gunsite Scout, I wanted to be able to use the same AICS mags but Ruger wouldn't sell me the parts needed.

This 100% works. I am now able to use the same Ruger Gunsite AICS mags in my Glenfield Model A.

I tried the Ruger steel and polymer .308 mags. Only the steel mags work.

You will have to dremel or file down the ribbed area of the polymer to work.
