Financial Aid Issue?

I went to myUNT account to check if my scholarship had come in and it had but what I noticed is that for some reason my scholarship of 5k was split by semesters. So instead of receiving 5k for my Fall semester like I’m supposed to, it says I’m getting 2.5k for both spring and fall. This hasn’t happened before and I was just wondering if someone else was experiencing the same issue because all of my 5k should be going into one semester and I’m so confused as to why it had been split because now I’m at risk of not getting a refund and not fully covering what I owe this semester.

I really want to go in person to solve this issue but I’m not on campus until Sunday and I was just wondering if there’s a chance I can still fix it on Monday since all I have left to cover is my room and board for the semester.
