Keyholder Questions!

Hi!!

I recently just got hired on as a Keyholder at a Mall location. I start next week, but I’m still a little unsure on EXACTLY what I will be doing on a day to day basis!!

I have never worked for BBW, so it's not like I'm just moving up! I obviously understand the jist of the position, but just curious what exactly I will be doing! I felt so embarrassed asking in the interview.

The little they did explain, it sounded less like floorsets, stocking etc, and more like Guest resolution and Team coaching. I know that's not all I will be doing though, ao id someone could shed a little light before I have to start next week to ease my anxiety, I would appreciate!
