Permastunned by a DH in Vault of Atal'Utek -- character completely stuck

Anyone else experienced this and able to fix it? there's about 10 people on horde tarren mill currently stuck because the same DH did something to us all and we're completely stuck or moving at 1-2% move speed.

Ontop of that all my buffs and debuffs are not counting down either anymore.

I have tried char unstuck, shutting down pc and starting again, logging new char ( bug isnt there on alts ).

Please if anyone knows anything lmk my main character has been literally stuck for 30 minutes now.
