Java Developer or any other IT roles

hi, is there somebody out here that can refer me as Systems Analyst or Java developer? I became Canadian PR last year and been looking for roles for a while and it really sucks right now in the market. :( Thank you so much guys and gals! I'm also willing to pivot to some other opening roles in tech. I also have some background in business systems analysis:(( btw I'm from BC!
