Help with Sertraline

My psychiatrist is on vacation atm and I'm also in a different country. I accidentally quit zoloft 5 months ago (forgot to take my meds and didn't buy them again). I've taken zoloft for more than 5 years now. I luckily was at 25mg, so I had almost no side effects nor withdrawals when I stopped taking them.

Can I take it again? Can I start at 25mg or do I break it into two? I'd phone my psych but, again, he's on vacation. I've decided to start meds again since I'm off work and the symptoms came back. I thought that since I have more time to adjust again, might as well use it.

When I was younger I was at 200mg of zoloft. I've also tried other medications and I've had different reactions to them. Sertraline's withdrawals can be harsh (at least mine) plus my body is quite sensitive and even if 25mg is almost water to a lot of people, I wonder how I'm gonna react.
