Taking more of unknown drug

Last Post I took 2mg of an unknown street pressed substance marked as Alprazol, then I took a lot of alcohol with it and 150mg of DPH and 60mg of Codeine;
I feel quite well at the moment but theres a good change the drugs havent kicked in yet to their full potential... thinking about dropping another bar cuz I think my supplier mighta been a big scam, was super into trying Alpraz cuz of all the help and I had real prescript Valiun and Loramet in the past which made me feel great. and while I do feel alright I feel like it just aint hitting the way it's supposed to, hence I think imma drop another bar since for all I know this could be pressed sugar
